Business Innovation tackles each business problem in phases, working collaboratively with our clients at each step to develop the right technology solution for our clients and their customers.

Applying our phased approach, we keep the first release of any project as tight and focused as possible, allowing our clients to realize business value quickly. We follow this with one or more releases which incorporate enhanced functionality, allowing everyone involved to learn and adjust slowly without being overwhelmed by a large, expensive, time-consuming system.

We like to kick off a new client initiative with a Rapid Collaboration Workshop™, an intense one-, three-, or five-day workshop, helping clients focus and build consensus in a neutral environment proven to deliver fast results.

Each phase of our engagements is broken into four stages:

  • Define the business, technical, and user requirements
  • Design a solution that best meets the needs of the business
  • Develop the system using industry best-practices
  • Deploy the application after complete system and user testing
