Business Innovation was selected by Essent, a 6 Billion Euro Integrated Dutch Energy Company with offices in several European countries, to assist with the selection of a Project Portfolio Management System. The aim of the project was to identify a package to act as a strategic reporting tool capable of deployment across internal corporate service lines while also handling day-to day project management activities. Business Innovation's previous engagements and knowledge in large scale Project Management Office deployments permitted the quick and effective delivery of requirements gathering, vendor review and package selection.
